I wanted to know if I put 1980 vette wheels on my 1991 sportside sierra, if the wheels would stick to out past the fenders. I plan on using adapters that are 1.25" thick. And the tires I would be running are 235 70 15. It look like there would be no problem at all for the rear, but the front looks like it might stick out a little bit. Has anyone ever tried this before? Thanks.

Not sure if the off set will play any issues for you when you have to turn the wheel front wheels or the calipers will hit up against the inside if the rims, but this should help you get the information you need. http://www.vehicle-bolt-pattern.com/chevy-lug-reference-guide.html

Good luck and looks like they should fit. Keep us posed. :D
