i bought a 94 gmc jimmy a few months a go for $450. it says limited edition on the outside doors and wood pieces inside, it has a pop up sun roof, one piece fiberglass side steps and fender flares. the guy i bought it from said he brought it from florida, =no rust on it= and i was wondering if they made limited edition jimmys and how many did they make or is its all add on parts and graphics. thanks.

Your Jimmy has the starcraft conversion package.

Starcraft is a 3rd part aftermarket add on packages that was optional to the dealer. GM would ship vehicles to Starcraft to be converted and then shipped back to the dealers to be sold.

They are more rear in the Jimmy's then the vans and suburbans. But there are a few that can still be found throughout the country still in great condition and some not so great lol.

hehe. i wish mine was in great condition. it is to me. hehe. needs windshield, trans rebuilt, and front window motors. the paints not all bad but not good =the previouse owner said that he was behinde some one with a windshield in the trunk and it fell out and the shrapnall sprayed the truck= it has little chips. ill posts pics of it when its nice out.
