95 Jimmy 4X4 not working? Please help.

So when I turn the key the lights on the 2hi 4hi and 4lo switch go on for about 2 sec. then the 4hi and 4lo lights go off but the 2hi stays on. I cant get the 4wheel drive to work. Tested the fuse and seems good. Please help. Thanks you
