i have a 96 jimmy with a 4.3 v6. lately, when i start it up and its cold outside, the vehicle will not start, but when it finally does, it idles very high, between 2500-3500rpms and will not go down unless i turn the car on and off about 3 times, then it idles fine at 1100rpms. its like the motor is overcompensating or working too hard to keep from stalling out.can anybody give me any sort of advice, i really need help. i also just replaced the fuel filter and sending unit. thanks
