Grease or replace bushings?

I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 that is squeaking bad when ever I hit a bump in the road or sometimes even turn.

I know it is coming from my stabilizer bushings, should I only grease them or just go ahead and replace them?

As soon as you thought about greasing them you should have. If it continued to squeak from then on out, you would have your answer!

If you replace the sway bar bushings, may as well do the end links too.
