fuze box buzzes

I have an 89 GMC sierra 4.3 and every once and awhile the fuze box starts buzzing. Then I saw that my passenger brake light stopped working. Then it will randomly start working. All the fuses are good and seated. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks

Start with the simple and check your relays. When relays start to go bad, they sometimes buzz when they heat up.
