New to the forum. Can't find this information anywhere.

Brothers girlfriend owns a 1998 GMC Jimmy.

Somehow both of the Caliper Bracket Bolts have managed to fall out.

This for the front driver side brake assembly.

I can't find the bolts anywhere. Tried all the local auto parts stores, and it seems the only bolts they carry are the caliper bolts. (The ones that hold the caliper to the mounting bracket.)

I need the bolts that hold the mounting bracket to the knuckle.

Does anyone know the size of these bolts, or where to buy them? I can't find them anywhere.

Oh, and is there a torque spec on these for when i reinstall them? Do i loctite them?

Thanks!

Christ good thing i wasn't stranded on the side of the road waiting for you guys to reply.

Just took my caliper bracket off, went to home depot, matched up a bolt, got it like an inch too long, cut it down to size, loctited it in, and we're good.

Should of just did that a day ago.

And back to the jeep forums i go.

Y'all have a good day.

Sorry, work ting gets in my forum time lol I had the same issues and have replaced mine with stainless steel bolts to keep corrosion from taking a toll on them up here in Canada.

Glad you got your Jimmy back on the road again
