2013 Nav Volume Issue

I just purchased a great used 2013 Acadia and love it so far but I'm having issues with the nav volume. Its very quiet and you basically can't hear it at all if the radio is on.

I found the nav & radio volume settings page and played with them. The volume test on that settings page sounds great and I've done it several times but when I exit settings, turn on the radio and start driving, the changes don't seem to have any affect & nav volume is still barely audible.

Any ideas?
