I know everyone has their own comfort level but to me the base level cloth seats are very uncomfortable. Way to firm and no give whatsoever. The lumbar support protrudes to much and presses on the spine.

Since I have a herniated disc in my lower back the unadjustable lumbar support is killing me. Can the seat be modified by taking the cover off and shaving down the foam in that area? If others have found a way to overcome this issue please let me know how you did it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear of your dillemma, i found my SLT seats to be exceptionally comfortable allowing a 2200 mile drive in two days without the normal cramping and sore butt i normally experience in other vehicles.

My same seats fit just right. Sorry for your fit. Everybody is built differently. Autobody/apolstery shop can fix you right up.

2015 canyon heated seats

does anyone feel that the seat heaters are slow and weak. my wife has a 2015 buick encore and those seats heat very well compared to my 2015 canyon.

My new Denali heaters are noticeably warmer than the one in my 2015 SLT. I ran the 15 all winter on high but when the 17 arrived I quickly found that position too warm after a short time. It was still pretty chilly when the 17 was received.
