Bluetooth Connection Issue

I have a 2019 Canyon Denali. When my iPhone connects with the truck, the ringer volume on the phone is reduced way down. If I forget to turn it up when leaving vehicle I miss calls. I have looked in manual and checked forums on Apple. No luck on how to solve. Any ideas?

Not sure how to resolve your issue, but why rely on the BT connection. ITs a bit of a pain, but carplay is way superior to the BT phone interface/BT voice commands. Try plugging the phone in and see if you like car play more than the convenience of the (wireless) BT connection
