Misfire cylinder 7

I have this problem. I changed the wires, plugs and coil on my 06 envoy denali and it still saying misfire. Can someone please tell me what else could be my problem. Thanks.

I just had this exact problem and didn't think anything a lifter being a problem. Rebuilt the motor THEN found the lifted was bad after we put the motor together. AFM lifters are expensive too and notorious to go bad
