Wireless Charging Problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and it only charges for 5 to 10 sec and then stops. If I put it in top first I can get a few minutes before it stops. Looking for help!!

Mine is very intermittent when it comes to this. I have to remove my case when its finnicky, yet at other times its fine. I haven quite figured out any pattern, as when with the case off, it'll do it from time to time. I have a galaxy phone, but it seems Im not the only one who charges for a short time and stops.
