04 2WD Crew cab suspension lift

I recently bought an 04 5.3 crew cab. Was wondering if anyone has pics or info on mild lift kits?? Im thinking spindles with blocks or coil risers.. IDK how much this and an 18inch tire/wheel combo would lift my truck in total and would like to see pics of comparable setups..

i have some 20's on my '05 .. i am also wondering what it would take to atleast level it off .. raise the front about an inch ..
