04 Envoy fault code

My wife`s 6 cylinder Envoy is generating this fault code:
Oxygen sensor heater, H02S12 (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
I`m not sure if this is the sensor in the exhaust manifold or the one by the catalytic converter. Can anyone clarify this for me?
