Hey what's up! I need major help. My 04 envoy will not engage in drive or reverse. I was on hwy and the truck jus stopped going. I was in drive an it was actin like it was in neutral. Had to get it towed back home. No chk eng light is on trans fluid is ok dirty but ok. There was no grinding or any other signs indicating something was wrong. Plzz tell me it's something electrical that needs replacing an not my trans. Plz help.

Sorry for the bad news, but this is not a easy electrical issue that needs to be addressed.
From what you have described, it sounds like you transmission had a pump failure. To check for pump failure, check fluid level with the engine off, then start the engine and recheck fluid level. If level does not go down when engine is running, the pump is broken. Rebuilding the transmission is best at this point.

Here's the update.... I took your advice & I did what you said. The fluid level stayed the same it didn't go down at all. I'm so pissed!!! I'm goin to try & fix it myself if I can't doit then I will take it to someone who knows how. Does anyone know if this repair is in the repair manual?? Also what is the proper name for the pump so that I can look to see how much the parts will be.
