My wife has an 07 denali that squeals in a RH and LH turn. it sounds like its coming from the tires but all the pressures are right where they should be. wondering if it has anything to do with the all wheel drive? any help would be appreciated

That is normal for the awd to do that and in fact it also will do that with normal 2 wd trucks and cars. The geometry on your steering will change when you turn to the left or right making one of the wheel travel shorter distance then the other, so the wheels will squeal while you turn corners. More noticeable during tighter turns then long sweeping turns.

If you still think there is an issue with the vehicle then I would suggest you have the vehicle checked out at your local dealership. They would be able to diagnose and determine what it is that is causing this issue for you and would also be able to determine if it in fact covered by the 5 year 100,000 mile power train warranty that should still be on your vehicle. The faster you drive with the wheel turned (say full lock) and depending on how worn (or uneven) your tires are also play a factor in the squeal as well. AWD models have an open front differential allowing one wheel to turn slower than the other, as mentioned above.
I wouldn't worry. If you have OLD tires that are more than half worn, you'll notice the squealing will start at slower speeds, even 3-4mph in parking lots. Keep in mind too that unlike vehicles that take less space to turn, also don't get put into situations where more steering is required and thus the squeal is less, if any.
