Hello all,
Can anyone tell me where to find some door speakers for my sierra 07 SLE ext. cab at a good price ?? 3 of the 4 have stopped working. For an 07, I am a little suprised that 3 of the 4 don't work anymore. I had my friend come over with his meter and test them. The one front that is working registered 4 ohms. which it should. The othe 3 registered OL which I am told stands for "Open" which also means "Broken". Also, when switching the good speaker from door to door, it worked everywhere I put it.
Have called several junkyards in my area and it seems that nobody has any vehicle with compatable speakers !!! No Chevy's, not suburbans, escalades .... nothing !! Now, this can either be a testement that nobody driving these things ever wrecks, or someone somewhere is hoarding a crapload of speakers for the zombie apocolyps.
