08 Suburban hard to start after fill up?

I have an 08 Suburban with the 5.3L.
Everytime I get fuel (doesnt necessarily have to be full) its hard to start. But any other time it starts fine, only after getting fuel?
I'm guessing some type of hose or something that is taking fumes away is clogged or filling with fuel?

Anyone have any similiar problem?

water in tank getting stired up when you refuel? It might be worth a try draining the tank, then adding fresh fuel with a couple containers of heat or fuel treatment
