'09 Sierra loses power for a few seconds

Driving down the interstate, my truck jerked & lost power for a few seconds. There was a little rattle underneath. It has done it 3 times today. No lights. Any suggestions?

just because no dash lights doesn't mean there is no codes
go to auto zone n have them scan your truck there could be stored pending codes
when was the last time you changed the fuel filter, ran fuel injector cleaner in a tank of gas, changed the air filter?
how many miles on the truck?
start with a simple tune up, which may include spark plugs depending on how many miles on the truck
