1971 Jimmy top

Hey all,

I have just inharited a 1971 gmc Jimmy. It was my grandfathers an my brother has kept it in running condition. That being said I was told that in the 40 year life of this truck the top has never been off. Does anyone know how hard it will be to take it off and put it back on without having leaks? Also we would like to put a roll cage in it so we can install shoulder belts and recommendations on where in the los Angeles are we could get that done?

it shoudnt be to hard to take off a few bolts its probably gonna be held by the seals pretty good since its never been taken off i have an 82 and the top had never come off the seals were stuck pretty good mine ripped when i removed the top
