New plugs, wires, Cap and rotor, fuel filter, fuel lines, coil, starter. Ran great saturday morning, ran out of gas on the way to the shop. Used a geri can to fill. have ran fuel injector cleaner through it. Lots of spark. EGR Valve working, timing is fine. What is wrong...it wont run.

I think your truck has a mechanical fuel pump. It takes a bit of time for the fuel pump to suck gas from the gas tank to the engine. The engine must run or crank for 30 sec to a minute before the pump can fill up the carb float bowl. I would make sure you have at least 2 gallons in the tank so the pump can suck the gas thru. Usually I can carefully fill the carb float bowl by pouring about an oz. or 2 of gas directly into the float bowl through the bowl vent tube only. This provides enough gas for the car to run on until the pump can suck the gas thru. Call the dealership to verify this info though. Usually does the trick though.
