1988 gmc sierra 3500 passenger window

i cant get the window track on the passenger side to get on both wheels. its power windows and i tried many different ways but i cant get it on. theres 3 wheels. 1 goes on the door panel the other 2 are supposed to go on the window track at the bottom of the window but i can get um both on. if anybody can help thanks.
