Start with the simple and replace your fuel filter, your injector system is pressure sensitive to fuel pressure and it runs best at 13 PSI. The other thing also sounds to me is your IAC (Idle Air Control) valve may need to be cleaned or replaced.
Start with the cleaning, and make sure you pay attention to the IAC passage ways in your throttle body. Don't use carb cleaner, it's to corrosive to the gaskets used in the TB you have. The IAC may be sticking from carbon build up and is what causing your engine to stall when idling.
