hey guys, need help, i have a 1991 gmc sierra long box, 5.3l, havin trouble with the 4x4, we changed the front shaft from the transfer case to the front diff, and now and we put it in 4x4 it seems like the rear wheel is hesitating to turn or something is going way wrong, the wrong seems the drive ruff in 4x4, any help or idea will be greatly appreciated thanks

A little more information might be needed here. Did the truck have a front driveshaft when you bought it? Almost sounds like someone could have replaced the rear or front differential gears and they could be a different ratio.

Also, was the driveshaft you put in new? If not, check the stub and slip yoke (splines) for wear. The can jump splines when they are worn and it will feel VERY strange.
