We removed the starter today to replace it from our GMC, we forgot to un-hook the battery first. We've put the new starter in and now all it does is "click" upon start up.

I only have brake lights and turn signals also. Nothing is working.

I was told by Auto Zone I blew a STARTER RELAY but cannot seem to locate it or - find the part to order.

My turn signals, brake lights and radio all DO work.
My truck won't start (it clicks), I have no dash lights, no headlights, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions???

I have a 96 Sonoma and most of my relays are behind the glove box. :)

Sonoma doesn't have a starter relay.

Sounds like you blew a fusible link or two. There are two located near the alternator. They are about the size of a cigarette filter and are crimped inline with the main wiring.

You need to determine where the click is coming from. If its the starter, then it is getting power.
