1994 6.5lt Transmission shifts hard 1st&2nd gear

Hi everyone
I've got a 94 6.5 3/4ton TD and after the transmission gets hot she shifts hard on 1st & 2nd gears i'm going to change the fluid and filter but any ideas on cheeking the shift solenoids and witch ones are first and second gear?

Sorry for the bad news, but your transmission is close to the end of its life and will need to be replaced soon.... The hard shifting is from the PCV compensating your first and second gear slipping.....
