Recently I scoured this site and the internet at large for some kind of detailed instructions on how to adjust the camber on my 1995 GMC Jimmy 4x4 to no avail. Finally doing what I should have done in the first place and crawl under there and take a gander myself I found the solution relatively simple.
--BUT--
For those who take the path I chose first here is the get-down:

Where the upper-control arm bolts to the frame you will find two bolts running parallel with the tire. These bolts are not round but have a flattened side. On both the head and nut sides of these bolts is an oblong washer with a "D" shaped center hole (to correspond to the shape of the bolt) and can only go on one way. Making sure that these washers are in the same position tighten the nut down to slightly less than snug. With a wrench on the head-side of the bolt pull/push up/down and you will notice the movement of the control arm. When you find the desired position hold it in place and tighten the nut down with a another wrench.

As for angle and what-not, well, that's up to you.

This may be a no-brainer for most folks but I hope someone finds this information useful.
