1995 gmc sierra transmission problems?

It has the 4.3l v6 in it. it wants to slip in all gears but only when you try to accelerate quickly. but if you change the gears manually on the column it does fine. the fluid is good. need to change filter maybe?

i dont know i would take it to the transmission specialists if you have one and have them check it out, they can tell you if all you need is a filter or if its something else.

go ahead and change the fluid and filter. also if it,s got a modulator then it could be bad too.
