1995 GMC Sonoma headlights & grille?

I have a 1995 GMC Sonoma. I want to change the headlights and grille out to look like the 1998-2004 models. Is that just a simple swap out, or do I have to swap the fenders, hood, & bumper out? Ditto for the rear bumper. I want to change that also.

Your going to have to swap out the wire harness to the head light, marker lights and i believe the radiator support for the headlight mounts to work.

The rear bump is simple, your going to have to swap out the bumper support and bumper.
