1996 gmc jimmy wont crank?

tryed to crank car this morning it acted like it wanted to crank but it never turned over its not the battery cause its brand new what else could it be

Could be a new battery but got discharged overnight. Check power of battery. Maybe a bad starter?

Try getting a jump from another battery car. Pop start it if its manual.

im naw sure if this would work or not or if u already do this while starting it keep your foot on the gass
