My van heating has just quit, put in new fan motor and actuator motor now no or very little air coming out of the vents. I did the reset on the actuator as per the instructions. Still no success. When I change from floor heat to vent heat to defroster the air does come out of those vents correctly but very lightly. I would think with a new motor it should blow your shirt off when in full high speed fan.
