1997 GMC sierra 1500 4x4 question?

Looking to buy but it needs "FRONT CALIBER STICKS". DO you know how much these cost to get done and how hard they are?

do you mean the caliper sticks? about 40 or 50 bucks. very easy job

What they are telling you is that it need a front brake job. This could be anything from just pads to a full brake job, including new rotors.

Yea, I think you mean that the front brake caliper is sticking, which means you need a complete brake job. You will need to replace both calipers and pads and have your rotors turned. If you're mechanically inclined, you can do this whole job for about $175 but if not, a brake shop will charge you about $500.
