1997 Sierra 1500 turn signal problems

So I am new to these years of the sierra. I drove a 1978 Chev G10 for the last 5years.
I had an issue start yesturday.
With headlights turned on and putting LEFT signal on, i get a buzz and the light stays solid. The front park light will flash if i work it manually but the rear light does not do anything. Checked bulbs all around and fuses.
When the headlights turned off. all my dash lights as well all 4 turn signal lights will flash as if I had my 4way flashers on. But only my left turn signal on.
As well if I depress the brake pedal with the headlights turned off the dash will turn on then as well.

Quite a few things hoping someone has come across an issue like this before could give me a couple pointers in the right direction.
I have not yet tried flasher but am not sure if that would be it though.

Lights will hit one flash and then dim.
The indicator on dash will as well do the same but stay solid.

I tried new signal switch and checked grounds as well I tried new tail light board no dice.
Anyone have any ideas?

Or had similar problem
