1997 Sonoma torsion bar mount issues

I have a 1997 Sonoma Extended cab 4WD SLS stepside, with factory HD suspension and am having torsion bar issues. I need to replace the cushion mounts on the crossmember that the torsion bar mounts to in their adjusting keys. I can not find any mounts that are like my set up. They are all the pad type, that is not even on my truck at all. The crossmember is a floating crossmember, suspended in mid air by a link, like a sway bar end link. The dealer at one shop had one of them, but I can't find someone anywhere that understands what it is, can show me a GM diagram or tell me where to get a replacement part. The truck is clunking right under the seat, right where the torsion bars mount. The part I did find one time was like $60 and it worked for about 1,000 miles. Anyone know what I have on my truck. It is a factory configuration, by the way. Not a mod setup. I have a Haynes repair manual, but it does not show anything like this. Thanks for your help in advance.
