I have 1998 suburban an I lightly pressed emergency brake an when I released it the dash light went off...I put it in drive an it's jus stuck in place..It goes in reverse but im close to the house already..After reversing I put in drive an it rolls about 3inches an locks..Can anybody help me out? I don't even think I can get it tolled..I have pulled the release handle all that I can pull..

It does sound as though the e-brake has locked up from a broken spring or cable. It can be towed or you could find a mobile mechanic.
Thanks for the help..PB blaster solved all my problems...Followed the cable to center of truck,sprayed it,an barly touched cable an it released..Put it in park, it still was woozy but the brakes adjusted after about 3 complete stops...
