all the online radio wiring diagrams that i find don't match what's coming out of my 98 jimmy. they have yellow for the 12v and also for a speaker they have a dark green and light green for one of the speakers but i have have 3 dark green and a light green coming out. whoever had the jimmy before me cut the wires so i don't know if he may have cut one or two completely off. does anyone know what the right color meaning are?

light Grey for left front (-) speaker and darker Grey for illumination. The yellow in question should be bundled with the power wire harness or the rear speaker harness, and the green wires should be bundled with the front speaker harness. Good luck, keep me posted.

I have the same questionbut which gray is illumination and which is for the speaker. also i only see one yellow and i see three dark greens

Got a question.... HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!! Where do I hook my orange wire that is coming off of my 1999 GMC Jimmy. I am hooking up a power acoustik touch screen radio up. And I bought the GMC radio hook up wires for it. My radio keeps turning off and the screen want work right.
