after trying many times the engine will not even try to start. It has spark and I've poured fuel down the throttle body with nothing happening. I no longer hear the fuel pump whirling when the key is turned on. How can I check the wires for power to the fuel pump without dropping the tank? What voltage?resistance is normal at the fuel pump relay?
