1999 Envoy racheting brakes

My envoy recently started racheting when I hit the brakes. The ABS light is not and does not come on. The light however does work because it comes on when I start the truck.

This started happening after I got new tires.

Any suggestions as to what caused this???

Has anyone just unplugged the ABS??
