...fluid always smells burnt? i got stuck in the snow this past winter and after i got out the pump whined when the rpms got over 1500 i continued to drive it and in the spring while in the process of turning around i had the wheel cut all the way to the left and the high pressure line blew right out of the compression fitting i replaced the pump and line drove it @ 3 months and after taking it out on the highway for a 120 mile round trip drive it began leaking between the pump and the reservoir so i replaced it a second time and a week or so later my daughter took it out on the highway and again it went out this time it blew the seal out on the shaft it always smells burnt and it has this electronic part that screws into the back of the pump that has a two wire plug that connects to it and the high pressure line also connects to it i do not know if this item could be bad or what i have checked all my fuses. its like its building up pressure in the pump?
