My ABS and brake light are on. My truck drives and stops just like it always has. The light just came on the other day and doesn't come on till after 20min of driving every time I crank it up. The truck had been sitting for about 3 months before I drove it the other day and the lights came on. Prior to it sitting for a couple of months it did not have any lights on at all.
I know the 2000 ford rangers have a fuse you can unplug that makes the ABS and brake lights go off but if you take out the fuse on a Gmc Sonoma it makes the ABS and brake light stay on.
Is there any way to turn the lights off without taking it to the dealership? The lights are so blinding at night that it's hard to pay attention to the road.
