I just purchased a 2000 savana cargo van with a 4.3 vortec. It fires right up when cold, but if you don't let it warm up for at least 10 min. or so it has no power at all when you hit the gas. It does smell like it is running rich, check for any codes, none were found. Hope someone can help me with this
