how do you take the head rest off on a 2000 gmc sierra 4x4 with cloth seats? also i would like to put a higher volume oil filter on it. i tried a taller ac delco with the same diameter, but the threaded hole was smaller. what # would work? thanks

also i plan to go from 265/75/r16 to 285/75/r16 tires. i want the speedometer to be correct and everything to be done properly. do i buy a programmer and reprogram?
