2001 gmc jimmy white smoke comes out of vents and hot steam comes out of heater

vents? White smokes comes out of vents.it has a nasty fishy smell. when driving at night my whole front window gets all steamed up. i already did a radiator flush. also checked it its wet on the passenger side and nothing.
