its the left side ive changed the everything on both sides just to be sure but ive changes all coil packs spark plugs spark plug wires fuel injectors oil filter oil trans filter and fluid fuel filter ive tested fuel pressure and ive also done a compression test and everything compression wise is good which leads me to believe it an electrical problem but I have no clue bout any of that does anyone have any type of schematics or videos or has had the same problem or similar problem I'm out of ideas beside electrical

since it is left side and not cylinder specific
makes me think it is the O2 sensor on that exhaust manifold that is causing the code
O2 sensors is not on your list ,haha just joking
try disconnecting it and reconnect maybe there is a bad connection
2001 probably has a lot of miles on it, how many?

when was the last time you changed the oil
on my wifes '04 truck the cam phaser caused a miss
the cam phaser is controlled by oil pressure
changed the oil, its better now
now I change the oil at 3000 miles and not use the engine oil life
