The bumper will fit, but your going to have to replace the grill also to make it fit right. The grill on the 1999-2002 are more rounder then the 2003 and up.

yes it will fine i actually have an 03 bumper and bumpercover on my 2000 sierra
it really makes the truck look sweet and newer
