2002 Denali Quadrasteer 6.0 no crank no start

I have an 02 Denali Quadrasteer that has been giving me an issue. I used to drive trucks over the road and usually left the battery disconnected. Recently my Denali will only start right after connecting the battery, once I turn it off and wait 10min it won't even try to crank. I've moved relays, checked fuses, and even replaced a relay. The only way it will start is if I take off the negative cable and wait 30sec. What could be the issue?

So I finally figured it out. The original owner had setup a break in the 10amp crank signal. I moved it to a different spot. 2yrs ago I got rid of the button. I guess that wire isn't supposed to be connected all the time. I separated the wires, waited 2 min, and touched them while cranking and she fired right up.
