2002 GMC sierra with the 4.3 V6 and it just stopped running?

My brother and I yesterday was driving back home from sonic and suddenly the motor just quit out of no where and wont start we've changed the fuel filter and fuel is getting all the way to the motor but it wont start
When we spray starter fluid or gas in the intake it wont even fire at all.

Inspect your ignition system, start with the Coil, ICM and Crank Sensor. From what you had described so for, you have eliminated any fuel issue and it's going to be a ignition system issue.
