I am looking at attempting to get a slightly better gas mileage, with the benefit also slightly increase horsepower on my GMC Sonoma. I have read around and a good way of doing this is a free flow exhaust system, cold air intake, and a computer chip. I have searched around for some parts but I would greatly appreciate another persons advice who may have more experience in the area. Also I live in California and I know there are difference emission standards. If you would kindly suggest even one of the three parts I would be very grateful. Car Info...

2002 GMC Sonoma
Model: S10653
Type: Extended Cab
Engine: 4.3L Vortec 4300 V6

You could try a k&n air filter or switching to an electric fan, which is what i'm doing....

The chip is always the best way to go because you can set it for fuel economy and it will give a little extra hp. the exhaust would be better if you had some more engine work done but I think the chip is the best way to start off
