I have a 2004 Sierra that has dim lights in the dash. At night everything is good. The thumb wheel works correctly. During the day the thumb wheel does not respond to movement. The PRNDL, odometer ect are very dim. Moving the thumb wheel does nothing. I have replaced the light switch and the light sensor on top of the dash. No help.
