I have a 2005 GMC Jimmy 4x4 with a 4.3 L vortec V6. It starts fine first thing in the morning, but after the engine has warmed up it will crank several times before firing... the only exception is on really hot days it starts fine every time... the fuel pump and filter are fine, when I pulled the plugs it looks to be running rich.
From what I've managed to find online, it looks like the regulator is a common problem. Would this give the symptoms above?? I have not checked the plenum for washing...
Thanks in advance for any help!
